Nice to meet ya-
Lara Daigle is a theatre artist born and raised in southwestern PA (she went to the same high school as Mr. Rogers- a few decades later!)
Lara has been playing make believe and doing a perfect lipline since she was five years old. After getting over trying to be "cool" in middle school, she gave herself over to making theatre- and hasn't looked back since. She is a proud former student of The Broadway Collective and just graduated from Arcadia University with her BFA in Acting with a Concentration in Musical Theatre. She can't wait to create with you!
Artistic Statement
In racking my brain for an answer to the question "Why theatre?" while working on my senior thesis, I realized: I'm an artist, where else would I go? That rings true, but there's more to it than that. I've always been observant and a deeply nostalgic person; one of the things that fascinates me the most is acknowledging the complexity and fleetingness of the human experience. We don't last forever but our stories can live on through to theatre, and it's an amazing thing to be a part of that. I love creating theatre with complex, grey characters and stories. I need theatre that's intelligent and gets my gears going. The chance to be a part of a story in a space that's buzzing with the energy of all those who have been there before gives me such a rush- I plan on seeking that rush as long as I can.

Lara is also passionate about travel, and has been an advocate for study abroad- even being a Study Abroad Student Mentor during her time at Arcadia. As of December 2022, she's begun training to be a consultant with Dreams Travel Consulting. You should hit her up when you're planning your next big trip!
